COVID-19 (Corona Virus) Precautions

COVID-19 or Coronavirus is currently a pandemic. Please avoid spreading the virus. If you are concerned that you may be infected, please call our office at (808) 439-6201 and cancel your appointment until you are well. If you are an established patient, we may be able to discuss your problem over the phone. Please avoid coming into our office for 14 days after your symptoms resolve. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 9-1-1.

COVID-19 is spread through coughing and sneezing, close personal contact including shaking hands, or contact with an infected surface or office. Symptoms that you may experience include fever, headache, cough and difficulty breathing.

Most patients with these symptoms have the common cold or influenza, and are not infected with COVID-19. If you are not feeling well, please stay home and avoid coming in to our office. As of yet, we have not had any staff members display symptoms or have a diagnosis of COVID-19.

If you start feeling sick, need to see a physician, recently traveled to a high-risk country, or exposed to another patient with COVID-19, please before going to your primary care doctor or the hospital before you arrive so that appropriate precautions can be started immediately on your arrival.

Stay well,

Dr. Morton
